Limonar, is a Town in the "altiplano"
Guatemalas, near the border of Mexico. It suffers very much of the consiquences
of the War. The School opened up, in 1993, a co-operation for the production
of daily textiles, in the town. This financed the production hall, aiding the training of the workers
who are mostly women.
Jacaltenango,
lies also in the "altiplano" and is a region with 60,000 people
without medical care. Doctors and Students, as well as Nurses, can have the
possibility of volunteering. Minimum period of work: 1 month .
